Baking started
with Grandma.

Harriet grew up baking with her grandma. Later, she trained at Raymond Blanc’s cookery school. In 2018, she and her mum Sue took over the café in Cotton Shop Yard.

Now it’s home to the cakes on our counter, our courtyard tables and a team of familiar faces. Harriet has shared her recipes in the Knutsford Guardian, and was invited to demonstrate at Tatton Park’s Foodies Festival in 2024 and 2025.
